 * 2 poundsextra lean hamburger stew meat, cut back of overabundance excess, cut into 1-inch pieces

Season meat to taste with pepper and completely cover with flour. In a 6-quart nonstick Dutch stove covered with nonstick cooking splash, cook meat over medium hotness until seared, around 5 minutes. Add onion and garlic, sautéing for a few additional minutes. Rare-bc-albacore-tuna-with-pear-pine.
Add carrots, parsley, and thyme; sauté for 3 to 5 minutes. Add stock and water and heat to the point of boiling, scratching lower part of the skillet. Lessen hotness, cover, and stew for 45 minutes. Add potatoes, yams, tomatoes, mushrooms, and grain. Get back to bubbling; lessen hotness and cook, covered, over low hotness for 30 to 45 minutes or until the meat and vegetables are delicate.
